I’ve finally gotten my hands on one of those pretty pink cows everyone’s been going crazy over. Here are the details: Strawberry milk from the pink cow harvests in 1 day for 18 coins.
How do you get a pink cow? A pink cow has to wander onto a friend’s farm and that friend has to post it to their facebook feed. Then check your facebook feed for pink cows and click the adopt link. Using the isolated Farmville feed helps a lot. If a pink cow wanders onto your farm, you cannot keep the cow for yourself. You’ll need to post it to your feed for someone else to adopt.

Zynga has added a new set of decorations recently.
Over the next 7 days you can buy spooky trees and hallow trees. Zynga has a neat strategy going on with limited and unique items for sale around the holidays. I’m betting this strategy will be successful in boosting sales of farmville cash. Check out the trees here:

Also new (and permanently added to the decorations market) is the topiaries collection. I’d argue that this is also Halloween related as it reminds me a lot of Edward Scissorhands.

Just noticed a new gift item today, Baby Elephants. I don’t have one yet so if someone could gift me one, that’d be awesome.
Many farmers are experiencing trouble getting into their farms lately. Zynga’s Farmville game is getting more popular by the minute and the load is more than their services can handle.
I’ve attempted to send the elephant gift to my friends but am getting errors on Facebook. Here’s hoping Zynga can adapt to the increased following soon.
UPDATE: it looks as though the baby elephant was a limited time only gift available for just a few days. Baby elephants harvest circus peanuts in 4 days for 125 coins.

A useful new item has been added to the Farmville store today called a Seeder. This completes the tractor trilogy. With the Seeder you can plant seeds in your plowed land. You’ll need to be level 14 or above before you can purchase this doozy for 30,000 coins.
