Here’s a quick easy way to get 1750 experience points for just 11,000 coins and about 20 minutes of your time. It’s through earning all of the Architect ribbons.
First, you’ll need empty space on your farm and at least 30,000 coins in your account (don’t worry, you’ll get most of this money back).
Then, purchase 30 rest tents from the market. If you already have a couple buildings, you may not need to buy as many as 30.
As you buy your tents you’ll start earning the yellow, white, red, and blue Architect Ribbons which each come with a coin prize in addition to the experience. You’ll gain back most of the money you spent from the ribbon prize money.
Then sell back your 30 tents and you’ll gain back some more of your money. At the end of it all, you should have only spent 11,000 coins for 1750 experience points and all in under 20 minutes!

Yesterday we posted an article about gaining coins from the successes of your friends. Here’s another tip to make getting those freebies even easier.
On your Facebook home page which shows the activity stream for all of your friends, click on more on the left column, then click on Farmville. This will show you all Farmville related activity for all of your friends. Be sure to check it every day so you can share the wealth before the celebrations expire.

Perhaps one of the reasons Farmville has become so successful is because it does a lot of stream spam on your Facebook wall, thereby giving Zynga free advertising. In most cases, I do not like to participate in the spam and do not allow Farmville to publish updates to my farm on my Facebook feed. However there are certain times when this can be beneficial to your farming buddies. Whenever you get a new ribbon or special achievement, a Farmville notice will appear asking you to “share the wealth.” If you see this button, click on it to post the message to your Facebook wall. This will allow your friends to benefit from your success.
You as well can benefit from your friends ribbons and successes. Just click on the [Get a bonus] link and you can get coins for doing almost nothing. I’ve earned as much as 250 coins from clicking on one of those links. Note that you’ll have to click this link within a certain time period in order to get the bonus. My best guess is that its something like 12 hours.
